Sound Sultan Death: Nigerian Artist Died of Throat Cancer

Nigeria legendary singer Olanrewaju Abdul-Ganiu Fasasi pupulalry know as Sound Sultan was killed by a throat cancer and died at 44 years on Sunday, 11th of July 2021.

According to the post shared by Dr. Kayode Fasasi who is believed to be his brother, he announces that;

Daviral News gathered that singer that the singer was in the United States of America in May 2021 battling with “Angioimmunoblastic T-cell Lymphoma”. According to Lymphoma.org, Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL) is a rare, often but not always, aggressive (fast-growing) form of peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL). While AITL only accounts for one to two percent of all NHL cases in the United States, it is one of the more common subtypes of T-cell lymphomas.
